I have nice 1 bedroom apartment available for rent. The property comes fully furnished with fridge/freezer, one bedroom private bathroom, good condition and good size shower (shared W/C, shower). I do not smoke, I have no pets. The minimum rental period is 3 months. The maximum rental period is from 6 months or more. I need a roommate who has a permanent job or a permanent income. No smoking and am okay with any kind of pets. The area is comfortable and safe within walking distance of many restaurants, cinemas, shops...
