Description

Our new, lovely furnished apartments are located in the modern Vienna Triple Tower, in the 3rd district of Vienna. All of our luxury apartments do have a living room with a kitchenette and a dining table, where you have the possibility to prepare your own home- cooked meals, and to be enjoyed at the fining table. All apartments are equipped with a cozy bedroom and each apartment has a double bed. The bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub and the toilets are separate. In addition all apartments do have a balcony with a view over Vienna. Landstraße is the 3rd municipal District of Vienna. The name Landstraße means “country road". To the tourists, it is mostly known for the 18th-century castle and gardens of Belvedere, the residence of Eugene of Savoy, which today houses the Austrian Gallery. Another residence was built by the Russian envoy to Vienna, Count Razumovsky. A more recent point of interest is the Hundertwasserhaus apartment block designed in a dream-like style by the architect and painter Friedensreich Hundertwasser. Museums in Landstraße include the Kunst Haus Wien and the Museum of Art Fakes. The apartments are located at Schnirchgasse 13, a 5-minute walk from the underground station Schlachthausgasse. With the underground line 3 you are in 15 minutes at Stephansplatz which is in the heart of Vienna. The apartments are located in the modern and newly built Vienna Triple Tower and you will find a cozy coffee there on the ground floor of the building.A selection of restaurants, cafés and bars can be found in the surroundings. One of our favorites, which is near from the apartment is Amon’s Gastwirtschaft, it offers delicious dishes at all times of the day and wonderful seating in a cozy dining room. Not far away and famous for authentic Austrian cuisine, a visit to the famous Schweizerhaus near the Prater amusement park should not be missed - the excellent stilts are famous. Pet Policy upon request: Pet fee for a stay of over 1 month = EUR 10,00 per day....

How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
Cancellation policy

Strict cancellation

If you cancel:

  • Within 24 hours of confirmation – Full refund of first month’s rent
  • After 24 hours of confirmation – No refund
