Die nächste Straßenbahnstation ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt und der Hauptbahnhof ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Spar, Lidl) sind innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 6ten Stock und zusätzlich gibt es eine Dachterrasse mit schönen Blick auf den Schlossberg, die von uns verwendet werden kann. Suche noch für eine Wohnung in Graz 2 Student*Innen. Bei dieser Wohnung handelt es sich um eine Dreier-WG, wobei nur mehr zwei Zimmer zur Verfügung stehen. Die Wohnung wurde saniert und es stehen einige neue Geräte (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine etc.) zur Verfügung. Auch ein gemeinsamer Essplatz ladet dazu ein Zeit miteinander zu verbringen.
