Additionally, it is an 8-minute walk from the Syngrou-Fix metro stop and a 10-minute walk from Panteio University. The building can be easily accessed via an elevator. There a lot of shops , ATM and restaurants in the area The apartment has 2 private bedrooms. Each private bedroom is furnished with a double bed, closet and Air condition In addition to the private bedrooms, tenants will also share the common areas with your roommate, which include a small living room , a kitchen equipped with stove , oven , fridge , a bathroom with a washing machine (with a drying rack provided for your convenience). There are some kitchen utensils like glasses , spoons, plates, frying pans, sandwich maker etc left from previous tenants, but in case there is something missing or in a bad shape , we do not provide / replace them. We provide only the 5 major electric appliance (Stove , oven , fridge, washing machine and boiler for hot water) . You are welcome to use any other appliance or kitchen utensil that previous guest have left but if you need anything else you have to buy it for your self.
