Hello =) I rent 1 room in my 3-person shared apartment from 1st of September 2021 until 31st of January 2022. The room is about 15m2 and has a separate walk-in closet (additional 2 qm2 of living space).The apartment has a total of 140 qm2 and there is an extra, not rented 4th room, which is transformed into a sports room (treadmill, trampoline, dumb-bells, mats,..). The apartment has an approx. 13m2 terrace, an anteroom, air conditioning, a bathtub and shower, a shared sauna, a fireplace, two extra toilets, solid wood parquet flooring and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen (approx. 60 qm2).- And all this in the heart of Vienna! The location is an absolute dream. Right next door is the Karmelitermarkt, many parks, bars and pubs. The first district is 10 minutes walk away. If you are interested, then just write me by (hidden), Sms or call me. Emails are also okay but I prefer phone calls. Absolute no-gos for me are: political right-wing orientation, sexism, racism, homophobia, bagpipers and lack of personal hygiene!!!! I look forward to you =)...

More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
