Ein Lift ist vorhanden. Den Stephansplatz erreichst du mit der U1 in 3 Stationen. Die Küche ist neu eingebaut und komplett ausgestattet (E-Herd, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Gefrierschrank). Das Bad ist geräumig und hat eine Badewanne + Duschbrause. Neben dem Bad befindet sich ein kleiner Abstellraum. Von der gemeinsamen Wohnküche, die mit 32m2 sehr groß ist, gelangst du auf den Balkon (groß genug für einen Tisch und mehrere Stühle). Die Schlafzimmer sind ca. 13m2 groß (siehe Abbildung). Außerdem ist das Zimmer voll möbliert. Internet ist mit meiner Mitbewohnerin zu teilen. Fahrrad-Abstellmöglichkeit im EG für Bewohner des Hauses vorhanden.
