Die WG (ein komplettes Einfamilienhaus) besteht aus fünf Zimmern, zwei Bädern, einem schönen Wohnzimmer mit Wintergarten und einer schönen Küche. Teilweise können vorhandene Möbel auf Wunsch übernommen werden (also entweder teilmöbliert oder vollständig möbliert). Zu dem Haus gehört ein großer Garten mit Pool, Gartenhaus und Grillstelle. Auf dem ca. 800qm Grundstück sind genug Parkplätze vorhanden. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Von hier aus gelangt man in nur wenigen Minuten direkt an die Uni oder ins Stadtzentrum (kein Auto notwendig). Verfügbar ab sofort.
