El piso consta de 6 habitaciones, amplia cocina totalmente equipada, zona de salón con televisión y dos baños completos. Situado en Calle de Gaztambide 7, a escasos pasos de Metro Argüelles (Líneas 4, 7 y 6), junto las Universidades Icade, Comillas, Nebrija, Corte Inglés Princesa, a una parada de Moncloa, dos de Ciudad Universitaria etc.. Todos los suministros (electricidad, gas, Wifi Internet, agua y limpieza semanal de zonas comunas) tienen un coste fijo de 50€ mes. Se pide un mes de fianza y una mensualidad (más IVA) de honorarios de agencia (ajustable en base a la duración de la estancia)...
