Ich will ab Oktober studieren gehen auf die TU und ich habe ein 15m^2 großes Zimmer und vermiete eins, welches 18m^2 + Balkon (ca4,5m^2 im 8.Stock). Die Miete beträgt rund 550€ und die Fixkosten 750, dies würde ich einfach, teilen also 350€ für mich und 400€ für den Mieter. Küche und Badezimmer (+Waschmaschine) sind bereits vorhanden. Das zu vermietende Zimmer steht komplett leer. Ein/e Raucher/in ist nicht schlimm, der Balkon wird sowieso der Person überlassen, welche dieses Zimmer nimmt. Das Schlafzimmer ist eigentlich abschließbar (Türen mit Schlössern), also sollten Sie diese verlangen, so kann ich diese bei einem Schlosser beantragen. Ich würde alle anderen Räume teilen, einen Ordungsplan schaffen, um die Sauberkeit zu behalten. Wenn Sie/Du interesse haben/hast, dann einfach bescheid sagen. Alle weiteren Sachen können vor Ort, in Textform oder telfonisch abgeklärt werden...
