Location Quiet flat on the ground floor - close to U4 (Hietzing), Tram 10,46,49,52,60, S-Bahn (Wien Penzing Banhof, REX2, S45,S50) - close to Billa, Hofer, Penny market, Macdonalds - quiet neighborhood Miscellaneous Rent (utilities included + internet included): 450€ per month.
