Sehr hell, sonnig und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist im 4. Liftstock, gleich bei der U6 Josefstädterstrasse. Sehr gute Infrastruktur. Ich selbst bin Lehrerin und arbeite unter der Woche. Das Zimmer ist ca. 19 Quadratmeter groß, die Wohnung 76 Quadratmeter, Neubau in einem renovierten Altbau Haus . Kein vis-a-vie. Mitbenutzung der Küche, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und Internet vorhanden und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Befristet auf sechs Monate mit Option auf Verlängerung, wenn alles passt.
