Hallo. Ich biete mein Zimmer zur Untermiete an weil ich für 2 Monate beruflich nicht in Wien sein werde. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Yppenplatz im 16. Bezirk, ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der U Bahn Haltestelle Josefstädterstraße entfernt und im Umkreis befinden sich zahlreiche Geschäfte und Märkte. Wir haben eine riesige Dachterrasse und eine große Wohnküche. Zudem haben wir zwei seperate WCs und ein großes Bad. Die Wohnung ist über 3 Stockwerke großzügig verteilt. Wir kochen gerne miteinander, trinken gemütlich ein Bier in der Küche oder Grillen auf unserer Terrasse.
