Very nice 10m2 room with private balcony in a large 110m2 house near metrostation Schenkel Capelle aan Den IJssel. The house is located in a calm area with lots of parking places for bikes and free parking for cars. Erasmus University is 15 minutes by bike or 5 minutes with metro.
