Hi there, I am searching for a subtenant for my apartment in the brand new Student Accommodation "The FIZZ" Wien Brigittenau over Summer. As I am finishing my studies in June, I would like to find a student or young professional who would like to move into my apartment over this period (the contract can be prolonged with FIZZ afterwards) - I am paying 620 Euros for the apartment so you'll receive a 60 Euros discount! - The apartment is fully furnished, so there is not much that you need to bring yourself. - On the fifth floor (don't worry, it's not facing the main street or the inner yard) - All communal areas, such as study rooms, rooftop terrace, movie lounge, etc.can be used by you. There are washing and drying machines on each for for you to use as well. Plus, you can borrow household items for free (vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, PlayStation, board games, ...). I already subleased the apartment for over 12 months now, and everything went perfectly fine - if you want, I give you the number of the former subtenant, and you can ask her some questions as well....
