German version below (with a bit more details) I'm moving in with my boyfriend, so the room in my shared flat will be free from June. It's about 25 m2 with two big windows and a wooden floor. The street of the building is small and quiet. The sun reaches the room in the afternoon. The room is furnished with: A bed (140 cm, plus mattress), a big couch table (solid wood), big bookshelf, big TV screen, a nice old wardrobe (solid wood). -- For this I would like to have 300 € redemption. The flat itself is near a square with a supermarket. Other general stores are reachable within 3 to 5 minutes. There are several buses, trams, and a metro station within 5 to 10 minutes. Your future flat mates are Gudrun and Edvin. Gudrun works in controlling and Edvin is an IT-guy. They are both very lovely and definitely up for a drink or a picknick on the weekends. During the week it is very important that it is quiet and tidy in the flat, so everybody can enjoy his or her time. Sollte das für uns oder dich nicht reichen, können wir uns ein persönliches Treffen ausmachen. Ich ziehe mir meinem Freund zusammen und darum wird mein WG-Zimmer frei!:) Dein Zimmer ist hell und geräumig, hat einen richtig tollen Stäbchen - Parkettboden. Es verfügt über 2 große gut isolierte Fenster zur Straße hin, die in geschlossenem Zustand kaum Lärm durch lassen. Von den Nachbarn hört man so gut wie gar nichts. Im Zimmer bleiben: - Bett (inkl. Matratze) - Nachtkästchen - Sofatisch (Vollholz, höhenverstellbar) - Bücherregal - Fernseher-Bildschirm - Ein Kasten Die restliche Wohnung ist mit allem top ausgestattet, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler gibt es, sowie eine gemütlichen Couch in der Küche. Lage Unser Haus liegt im wunderbar diversen 5. Bezirk. Hier findest du von Kebapbude bis zum Bio Markt alles, was du brauchst. Supermärkte und Drogerien liegen in 50-100m Luftlinie. Zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist es auch nur ein Katzensprung, der 59a bringt dich in Richtung Karlsplatz und zum Meidlinger Bahnhof. Am Matzleinsdorfer Platz fahren fast alle Sbahnen und an der Arbeitergasse gelangst du sehr schnell mit der Bim zur U4 und U6. Zu Fuß ist man hier auch ur schnell im 6. und 4. Bezirk, wo es richtig nette und hippe Restaurants und Beisl gibt. Zur Hauptuni brauchst du ca 30 Minuten mit der Bahn, sowie auch zur WU und TU. Mit dem Rad ist man auf jeden Fall auch deutlich schneller da. Unweit von hier liegt auch das Naherholungsgebiet Wiener Berg, um ein bisschen Luft zu schnappen. WG-Leben Wir sind zur Zeit englisch-deutsch-sprachige WG. Also wären Englischkenntnisse erforderlich. Dein Mitbewohner sind Edvin, 26, im IT-Bereich tätig, und Gudrun, 30, die Vollzeit im Controlling arbeitet. Wir sind keine Zweck WG und kochen oft zusammen oder gehen gemeinsam aus, machen Spieleabend. Vor allem die Corona Zeit hat uns zusammen geschweißt. Mit Gudruns Auto werdet ihr sicher auch mal zusammen den ein oder anderen Ausflug machen. Wir versuchen in der WG ein bisschen auf Nachhaltigkeit zu achten. Absolut nicht akribisch, aber zB versuchen wir extreme Müllberge zu vermeiden, betreiben Resteverwertung und kaufen umweltfreundliche Putzmittel. Nichts Wildes, aber es wäre super cool, wenn du da auch ähnlich achtsam wärst. Sonst ist uns Ruhe durchaus wichtig, damit wir ein entspanntes und erholsames Miteinander haben...
