Trams D, 5 and 33 stops are 100m away and the U4 underground four minutes walk. Franz Josephs train station in JuliusTandler Platz is two minutes away. Shops, bars and restaurants catering for all needs and tastes in the immediate vicinity with shops opening on Sundays. The place is exactly like in the photos, there are no nasty surprises. We have worked with Housing Anywhere for years without problems. We don't do viewings to reduce estate agent's fees and also many people walking through rooms which can be disturbing for the people living there. After bad experiences we do not give IBAN: Therefor we ask for the Deposit money €1300,-- in cash minus €80 charged for any length of stay,-- (service fee for insurances, gas control, boiler service, radiator and fire-warning check etc.).
