Es handelt sich um ein gemütliches und geräumiges WG-Zimmer (~20 qm) im 4. Bezirk von Wien (Wieden). Dank eines großen Doppelbetts können hier auch zwei Leute unterkommen. Du/ihr würdet mit zwei anderen Mitbewohnern zusammenleben, beides super freundliche und hilfsbereite Studenten Anfang zwanzig. Zimmer ist natürlich vollständig möbliert (s. Bilder). Benutzung von Bad und Küche versteht sich von selbst, Waschmaschine inklusive. Lage ist sehr zentral. Hauptbahnhof sowie der historische Stadtkern sind zu Fuß in 10-15 Min erreichbar, es gibt wenige 100m entfernt zudem eine U-Bahn-Station (U1 Taubstummenstraße), die nur einen Halt vom Hbf entfernt ist, von dort erreicht man eigentlich alles in kurzer Zeit. Supermarkt befindet sich direkt vor der Tür. Das Zimmer ist vom 01.05.-31.05. zur Zwischenmiete verfügbar - etwas frühere oder spätere Ab-/Anreise ist kein Problem...

How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
