ROOM IN A 2-PERSON FLAT SHARE AVAILABLE FROM 01.06.21!! NO PROVISION! I am moving out of my room in a 2WG appartement and looking for somebody that would take my place from 01.06.21! The room is very bright and big (around 20m2). The monthly rent is 345euros + 65 euros all additional expenses (heating, gas, internet). This comes to 410euros per month for everything. The deposit is equal to 3 monthly rents, coming up to 1035e. This money will, of course, be given back when you move out. NO PROVISION!! The apartment has two separate bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen/dinning room/common room. It is located in the 5. district - Margareten - and is very well connected to the public transportation: - 1 min to 59A, 13A and 14A - 6 minutes to U4 station Pilgramgasse - 8 min to trams. Right next to the apartment is a Spar and dm, other stores are within 5 minutes. Restaurants and bars on Margaretenstraße and Siebenbrunnenplatz are within walking distance! In the apartment is currently living Marlene, a very nice and friendly French girl, studying German studies. For any other information, don’t hesitate to contact me!...
