APARTMENT DETAILS - The apartment is conveniently located near a supermarket and public transport, with Rennweg Station just a 5-minute walk away. - Rennweg Station is well-linked by train to the airport (23 minutes) and the city center (8 minutes). - The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. - Additional required costs (€250) labeled as "other" refer to building administration costs and are mandatory. - Utility and building costs must be paid each month in advance. 4.
