Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich und der große Vorteil schon komplett möbliert, also musst du nur noch deinen Koffer packen und einziehen :) Durch das eingebaute Hochbett hat man sehr viel Platz und außerdem scheint an einem sonnigen Tag den ganzen Tag die Sonne ins Zimmer! In der Küche findest du alles was man braucht. Außerdem wurde das Bad und Klo im Sommer neu renoviert. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der wunderschönen Hasnerstraße. In 4 Minuten bist du bei der U-Bahn Station Ottakring U3. Bei der Straßenbahnstation (Maroltingergasse oder Rankgasse) bist du sogar in einer Minute. Man findet auch alles was man brauch im Umkreis von 5 Minuten, egal ob Post, Bipa, Hofer, Spar, Billa, Baumarkt... Du würdest mit der lieben Steffi zusammenwohnen. Steffi ist 24 und kommt aus der Nähe von München. Für ihren Master in Internationale Entwicklung ist sie im Herbst nach Wien gekommen. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn sich jemand meldet der an einem unkompliziertem WG leben interessiert ist. Gerne wird auch mal miteinander kocht oder etwas unternommen gemeinsam! Die Wohnung kann auch nach September weiter gemietet werden, nur mein Mietvertrag läuft mit Ende September aus :) Außerdem gibt es eine Gemeinschaftsterrasse und auch einen Partyraum im Keller. Im Haus wohnen auch noch andere Studenten (gibt auch eine (hidden) Gruppe wo auch des öfteren geschrieben wird, also super zum Leute kennenlernen...

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of nights in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
