The room is divided into a living and sleeping area, a kitchenette and a bathroom. Facilities include u.a. a SMART- TV, dishwasher, microwave and much more. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a toaster, fridge and stovetop. There is also a coffee machine. The studios also have a high-speed WiFi connection. Washing machines and dryers can be shared. With the app, you can check in on the day of arrival while on the move. Enter the booking number and last name of the booking and follow the instructions in the app. Through the app, you use your phone as a key and can no longer lose it. For the use of the app you need to activate the Bluetooth function!! 2) You want to check in on site first? Our checkin-kiosk is also available around the clock. - More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
- 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent

If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:

Once your rental is confirmed, we’ll share the landlord’s contact info so you can arrange your move-in.
Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
