In our fully and smart furnished apartments you get quality furnishings and an individual service. The up to 22m2 large studios have beds with a width of 1.40m. The room is divided into a living and sleeping area, a kitchenette and a bathroom. Facilities include u.a. a SMART- TV, dishwasher, microwave and much more. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a toaster, fridge and stovetop. There is also a coffee machine. The studios also have a high-speed WiFi connection. Washing machines and dryers can be shared. The studios are cleaned once a week and the final cleaning is included. -------------------- Thanks to 24-hour key issuance, you can arrive at our place at any time. *Uncomplicated CheckIn on the day of arrival*. 1 week before arrival you will receive an email with further information for the day of arrival as well as instructions for using the `Hotelbird` app and the checkin kiosk. 1) Do you already use the free app "Hotelbird" for PreCheckIn and room card? With the app, you can check in on the day of arrival while on the move. Enter the booking number and last name of the booking and follow the instructions in the app. Through the app, you use your phone as a key and can no longer lose it. For the use of the app you need to activate the Bluetooth function!! 2) You want to check in on site first? Our checkin-kiosk is also available around the clock. Have your booking number and last name of the booking ready and follow the instructions on the screen. ++Please note that you can only create your room card via app or checkin-kiosk after 2 pm.++ We are available for you by phone around the clock. If you would like to speak to a member of staff on site, please refer to the notices at the reception desk in the building. For longer-staying guests, we offer housekeeping service, which will be provided every week at no charge. Neighborhood: The apartment is located near the main train station. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.

  • More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent

After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
