Zwei sonnige Zimmer warten auf euch. Eines ist ab sofort frei, das andere ab 1. April. Sie liegen in einem Altbau mitten in Wien, Nähe Westbahnhof, sind unmöbliert mit Holzfußboden und haben neben der Zentralheizung auch einen Holzofen für gemütliche Winterabende. Sie sind auch für kurze Zeit, z.b. Praktikum zu vergeben. Wir würden uns über unkomplizierte, nette Mitbewohnerinnen freuen, die es auch gerne sauber mögen. Wenn du künstlerisch tätig bist, wirst du dich bei uns besonders wohl fühlen. Wir lieben es eher ruhig, kochen oder frühstücken manchmal gemeinsam. Es gibt zwei Katzen, die sich über Streicheleinheiten und Zuwendung freuen. Raucherinnen finden auf dem Balkon die Möglichkeit dazu. In der warmen Jahreszeit ist es sehr angenehm draussen unter Lindenbäumen zu frühstücken. Die Wohnung verfügt über 4 Zimmer und ein Atelier und wird derzeit von 2 Frauen und einem Mann bewohnt. Wir sind berufstätig, studieren oder sind künstlerisch tätig. In der Nähe befinden sich viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Lokale, Galerien. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind zu Fuß in 5 Min. erreichbar. Ins Grüne kommst du auch schnell mit dem Rad oder Öffis. Alles weitere beim persönlichen Kennenlernen, in natürlich mit den zurzeit üblichen gesundheitlichen Sicherheitsvorkehrunge...

Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
