Auch die tollen Geimeinschaftsräumlichkeiten können genutzt werden. Das Zimmer liegt am Ende des Korridors, weswegen man eigentlich nie Probleme mit Geräuschstörungen hätte. Öffis - Straßenbahn 2 fährt direkt vor der Haustür weg - S-Bahn Traisengasse 3 Minuten Gehzeit (in 10 Minuten am Schwedenplatz bzw 1.
