This lovely home features 4 bedrooms that accommodate up to 11 guests and 2 full bathrooms. There are two large bedrooms with 3 single beds and two large rooms with 2 single beds that can be converted into double or singles. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning, central heating, and storage space for your convenience and comfort. You will also enjoy a spacious and cozy living room area and dining table, fully equipped kitchen, and spacious terrace. RENTAL CONDITIONS: - Cost of Utilities: 50€/person/month - Check-in from 10:00 to 19:00: 15€ - Check-in after 19:00: 25€ - Final cleaning fee: approx.. 80 - 120€ (will depend on the required time to clean the apartment at the end of the stay) Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform, therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
