Das Zimmer hat 18 m2 und ein Fenster in einen ruhigen und hellen Hof. Vom Fenster aus sieht man auf den Balkon. Ein Wohnzimmer gibt es leider nicht, aber die Küche ist groß und geräumig und bietet auch Platz zum Zusammensitzen und Zeit verbringen. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, weil sie von 2 Innenhöfen umgeben ist. Man hört keinen Lärm. Geeignet um ruhig zu lernen. Das Zimmer wird unmöbeliert übergeben. UMGEBEN VON GUTER INFRASTRUKTUR Wohne im wunderbaren 3. Wiener Gemeindebezirk. In der Nähe zur pulsierenden und immer urbaner werdenden Landstraßer Hauptstraße. Profitier von der äußerst guten Infrastruktur, Kunst- und Kultur-Angeboten sowie den umgebenden Grünflächen. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist das Schloss Belvedere. Unter der Wohnung befindet sich eine tolle Metzgerei, Spar und Billa. 3 Minuten zur 71er Bim Kleistgasse. 12 minuten zur U-Station U3 Rochusgasse. Da ab 1. April in meiner 2er WG ein super nettes Zimmer frei wird suche ich (Emanuelle, 21) eine neue Mitbewohnerin. Ich komme ursprünglich aus Vorarlberg und bin seit Oktober 2020 in Wien. Ich studiere seit Februar 2021 Gesundheits-und Krankenpflege. Gerne bin ich in den Wiener Museen und Kinos und abends treffe ich mich gerne mit Freunden in Bars. (natürlich als man noch konnte 🤪) Wenn ich nicht am lernen bin töpfer ich oder probiere neue Makeup looks aus. Meine Leidenschaft ist das fotografieren(Gerne auch dich!). Das WG-Leben ist ziemlich easy going. Abends können wir gerne mal gemeinsam kochen, auch ein Glas Wein trinken oder auch gerne Brettspiele. Aber wenn man seine Ruhe möchte und im Zimmer ist, ist das natürlich auch vollkommen okay.
