The Pasing train station, shops for daily needs, post office, banks, as well as the beautiful Pasing city park, for sport and relaxation - everything can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes. In a friendly neighborhood in a pleasant atmosphere, you can relax after work and on weekends. The apartment is fully equipped, fully furnished and comfortable and with everything you need for your stay in Munich. The living room has an open, fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, as well as basic kitchen appliances and cookware. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and separate mattresses. Tiled bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and modern tumble dryer, plus an extra guest toilet. All rooms have underfloor heating and wooden floors. The monthly rent has included: WiFi and GEZ taxes The rental period is at least 6 months and is initially limited to 2 years.
