It might be quite busy around the apartment but inside you can enjoy the silence. If you look outside of the window you can listen to your neighbours plants growing. Supermarkets are just around the corner, so are many Restaurants. The neighbourhood itself is a very safe one. It is more than easy to get to Vienna’s 1st district: Either you walk, ride a bike/scooter or catch the tram.
