Wir suchen eine/n Mitbewohner/in für unsere 3er-WG für das Sommersemester inkl. Sommerferien. Die Wohnung ist im 17. Bezirk gelegen und in der Nähe der Straßenbahnen 2er und 43er sowie der Buslinie 10A. Hauptuni Wien, Campus und andere Universitätsstandorte sind innerhalb von weniger als einer halben Stunde erreichbar, die Lage ist daher perfekt für StudentInnen geeignet. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten (Lidl, Billa, Bäckerei) bzw. 10 Minuten (Hofer, Merkur, Bipa, Aycan) zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, sondern freuen uns über regen Austausch und gemeinsame Unternehmungen. Untertags sind wir meist sehr beschäftigt, abends treffen wir uns gerne in der Küche zum gemeinsamen Lernen, Kochen oder Diskutieren. Wir sind eine Nichtraucher-WG. Das Zimmer ist 16qm groß und möbliert. Die Wohnung hat vier getrennte Zimmer (ein kleines Gemeinschaftszimmer) und Bad, Flur, Küche, Vorzimmer, sowie eine große Gemeinschaftsterrasse. Ein Fahrradraum ist auch vorhanden. Das meiste der Ausstattung ist von uns erneuert worden (Kühlschrank, Ofen, Ceranfeld, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine), wir haben aber keinen Geschirrspüler. Die Miete versteht sich als Gesamtsumme, dh. Strom, Gas, Internet, Versicherung sind schon inkludiert. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn du persönlich zu einer Besichtigung kommst. Sollte dies nicht möglich sein, können wir natürlich auch ein Treffen über Zoom, (hidden) oder (hidden) vereinbaren....
