Hello dear new flatmate, a room is available from January 2021 (right away) in a sunny flat in the 9th district near the university (Alser Straße). The room is almost not furnished, but with that we can be flexibel. It is very bright and friendly. The warm rent is 450€ (including electricity, hot water and internet). There is a deposit of 1000€ which you will get back when you move out. The location is absolute fantastic, especially for students. The apartment is located in the 9th district, 10 minutes walk from the campus (Altes AKH), within four tram stops you reach the University of Vienna. You can even get there by bike in less than 5 minutes. Opposite there is a cheap student restaurant - Café Benno - where you can spend fun evenings. The U6 Alser Straße is only a 3 minute walk away. The AKH is one subway station away, but can also be reached quickly on foot. It is also not far to the Danube Canal. There is both a Billa and a Spar nearby. We also have two really good pizzerias next door ;) You would share the apartment with me, Magdalena. The apartment was completely renovated about two years ago. It has a beautiful new fitted kitchen (fully equipped, dishwasher, oven, stove, coffee machine, kettle) and a large fridge with several freezer compartments. The toilet is separate from the bathroom and we even have a bathtub. A spacious storage room offers space to store things you shouldn't need in the room.
