No answer to "still free? ", "what is last price" etc. We may be able to prolongue yor stay if you wish !! this is the perfect place for anyone studying or teaching at Musikhochschule, since its across the street. yes, you are allowed to play your instrument. but its also perfect for anybody else who wishes to reside in the middle of the city, with EVERYTHING you need at your doorstep. the place comes fully furnished and equipped so all you need is your suitcase ! And YES, we will prefer dog owners ! ( cats are ok too) if you are interested send me a SHORT message, full sentences, important info - where are you from, whats your job, how much income do you have.... I dont care if you love yoga or go to church or if you are quiet.... thats your private life....

How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.

If you cancel when your move-in date is:

More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
Less than 7 days away – No refund
