Zimmer: Das zu vergebene Zimmer ist 10 m2 groß mit Fenster in den Innenhof. Dadurch ist trotz der zentralen Lage ein ruhiger Rückzugsort gegeben. Außerdem ist ein Waschbecken im Zimmer und ein Hochbett (welches aber auch entfernt werden kann). Zusätzlich gibt es im oberen Vorraum (Eingangsbereich obere Wohnungstür) noch genug Platz, um eigene Kästen bzw. Regale aufzustellen (ca. 4m^2), wodurch das Zimmer trotz der Größe optimal genutzt werden kann. Lage: Die Lage der Wohnung ist echt TOP. Große Auswahl an Öffis, welche in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar sind (U6 Währinger Straße-Volksoper, 5, 37, 38, 40, 41, 42). Ebenfalls sind nette Lokale, eine Apotheke, ein Bäcker, eine 24h Post Abholstation und Spar/Billa in unter 5 Min zu Fuß erreichen. Hauptuniversität, Medizinische Universität und Boku sind mit den Öffis in 10min zu erreichen. Die TU ist ca. 20min entfernt und die WU ca. 30min. (Für die Zeit nach Corona ist der Gürtel mit all seinen Lokalen und die Grelle Forelle/Werk nicht weit entfernt) WG-Leben: Ich bin Tom, 23 Jahre alt und studiere Elektrotechnik im 3. Semester. In meiner Freizeit beschäftige ich mich viel mit Basteleien (z.B. Lautsprecher bauen, Elektronik Zeug, 3D Drucker-welcher auch im Haus vorhanden ist,...) und Musik (DJ, Klavier...) . An sich bin ich eine entspannte Person, habe immer ein offenes Ohr und sage tendenziell zu 1-2 Bier nicht nein. Mein Mitbewohner Jonas ist 21 Jahre alt und studiert Biologie im 3. Semester. Er spielt gerne am PC und kocht mit Freude. Wir sind zwei ziemlich offene Menschen, jeder ist bei uns willkommen. Es ist eine sehr gemütliche Wohnatmosphäre. Des Öfteren spielen wir etwas zusammen, oder schauen einen Film an oder es ist Besuch da. Jeder hat seinen Freiraum und kann sich hier ausleben, wie er will. Da wir beide (mal mehr mal weniger) engagiert unseren Unipflichten nachkommen, wird Privatsphäre und Rückzug geschätzt. Sonstiges: Die Wohnung ist auf zwei nahezu identische Stockwerke aufgebaut. Verbunden sind diese über eine schöne Wendeltreppe. Beide Stockwerke sind separat über eine eigene Wohnungstür betretbar. Wir haben zwei große Wohnzimmer und zwei Klos, eine vollausgestattete Küche und ein Badezimmer inklusive Waschmaschine. Die Altbauwohnung bietet viel Platz und hohe Wände und einen Flügel. Es gibt natürlich auch einen Lift. Der Preis für das Zimmer setzt sich aus 1/3 der Miete (1200€ Gesamt), 1/3 der Strom/WLan Kosten (100€ Gesamt) und 1/3 der Betriebskosten (324€ Gesamt) zusammen. Bei Einzug muss auch eine Kaution in Höhe von 1200€ überwiesen werden, die man beim Auszug natürlich wieder zurückbekommt...
