The fully furnished modern new apartment is located in Vienna 15th district not far from Märzstrasse, 2 minutes from subway station Schweglerstraße (U3). The apartment is very well equipped and quiet, so you can immediately relax (see pictures). All shopping facilities as well as subway, streetcar and bus stops are within a few minutes walking distance. A parking place in the underground garage costs 127,98 € extra per month.
