Our beautifully furnished apartment with a large terrace is available for rent. The apartment faces the south, which means that you can enjoy the sun all day. It has a beautiful 13m2 balcony to enjoy the view and fresh air. We rent the apartment for a limited period of one year. City life in Vienna's city center - in just a few minutes by tram 2, 44, 46. Subway U3 - Longing for nature? in just a few minutes you are on the Wilhelmienenberg and in the Vienna Woods. Be it for relaxing, hiking, or outdoor sports. How rent is calculated

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
