Die Wohnung ist 96 m2 gros verfügt über 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer, Getrenntes WC und Badezimmer, wie auch eine ca. 40 m2 große Wohnküche und eine Loggia. Mitten im Grünen und doch schnell ( 13 min mit U1) in Zentrum. Billa, Hofer, Penny, Lidl in gehreihweite max. 7 min. Bank und Post auch in der Nähe. Bushaltestelle vor der Türe. Ich bin 48j alt, geschieden Mutter eines Netten Sohnes der in eigene Wohnung lebt. Für diese Wohnung binden mich wunderschöne Erinnerungen und ich möchte Sie behalten. Ich selbst bin ein lebensfröhlicher Mensch und liebe Ordnung und Sauberkeit. Freue mich auf die Nette Mitbewohner mit denen man auch nette Abende verbringen kann in netten Gesprächen. Diese Wohnung ist keine Typischen Zwecks WG da hier mein ganzes Leben drinnen ist. Ich suche daher nach nette, Ordentliche und verantwortungsbewusste Menschen die, die gemeinsam geteilten Wohnraum auch als eigenes sehen wurden und denen der Wohnungszustand nicht egal ist.
