The metro (U2 & U3) is located 4 minutes from the apartment; the city centre is about 6 minutes away; very central! There are 4 rooms between 12m2 and all rooms are very calm and very bright (big window in to the garden; south side). Besides the entry room with common seating corner there is a complete kitchen (incl. dishwasher, fridge, washbowl, closet, stowage, etc.) and 2 bathrooms (incl. shower, bathtub, separate toilet, stowage, etc.) The apartment will be completely reconstructed over the summer and will be ready by the end of September 2014. “All in Costs”: EUR 450,- including rent, operating costs, heating, water, gas, insurance, high speed internet & the complete furniture, etc. We are looking for a nice flatmates, who can be a student or working.
