✨ The apartment is located on the third floor of this lovely building that was completely renovated in 2018. The apartment is fully furnished and completely equipped. It's perfect for a stay of several weeks or even months. The kitchen is also fully equipped and the two-room apartment comes with a washing machine as well. 🚆 With the very good connection to public transport (U6 Thaliastraße is just 2 minutes away, as well as the tram line nr 46), it's super easy to get around the city quickly. Tram line nr 2 connects you to the city centre as well and to the University of Vienna and Technical University. 🛒 At Brunnenmarkt, a popular market just down the street, you can buy fresh food daily. And if you don't feel like cooking, we can highly recommend the restaurant Little India on the ground floor of our house.
