Zimmer Das Zimmer ist 20 qm groß und im Erdgeschoss - eigener Eingang / Zugang zum Garten - unmöbliert oder mit Schreibtisch und Bett möglich Lage Sehr gute Lage - Öffentliche Anbindung - Bus fährt direkt hinterm Haus - Zug ist 10 Min zu Fuss oder 1 Station mit dem Bus - in 30 Minuten ist man in Wien WG-Leben Ich biete Wohnen gegen Hand - darum geringe Miete bzw. nur Beteiligung an den Betriebskosten Ich brauche Unterstützung bei der Tierbetreuung und im Haushalt & Garten - da ich aber auch schon immer eine WG mit lieben gleichgesinnten Menschen Gründen wollte möchte ich das hiermit verbinden. Ich suche/bzw. geeignet für tierliebe -weltoffene -herzliche Menschen, gerne auch Vegan/Vegetarisch - eigene Hunde oder Katzen können derzeit leider nicht mitgebracht werden - Kleintiere sind aber möglich ! Im Haus leben derzeit 1 Hund und 3 Meerschweinchen ,zur Familie gehören auch noch 3 Pferd...
