The room is located in a spacious and perfectly furnished apartment, perfect for students and young professionals, close to all of the city center amenities, and set up for 5 people in total. The total amount for the utilities is 100€ per month. The location is amazing! Withing walking distance from all of the city center sights, the apartment is located right next to the University of Florence, and the train station is 15 minutes away by foot. EVERYTHING is INCLUDED in the rent (bills, condominium fees, wifi), so no need to worry about any expenses either. We look forward to meeting you!
