Zimmer: Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 m^2 groß. Das Zimmer ist möbliert, man hat ein Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch und Stuhl im Zimmer. Man kann auch natürlich seine eigene Möbel mitbringen. Man hat eine gemeinsame Küche, Wintergarten, im Haus gibt es 2 Duschen und 2 WCs. In jedem Stockwerk haben wir ein WLAN-Verstärker, somit habt ihr in jedem Stockwerk vollen Empfang für das Internet. Internet, Strom, Wasser und Heizung ist mit im Mietpreis enthalten. Das Zimmer ist ab 01.11.2020 frei. Das möblierte Zimmer kann ab sofort besichtigt werden. Die 6er WG ist in Lohbrügge Nähe HAW Bergedorf. Lage: Das Reihenhaus ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt Edeka, netto Markt, Burger King und Budnikowski in der Nähe. HAW Hamburg Bergedorf ist 15 bis 20 Minuten mit dem Bus. Mit dem Auto 5 bis 10 Minuten entfernt. Mümmelmannsberg Station ist ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Bus entfernt. In die Stadt dauert es circa 30 bis 40 Minuten. Bei Fragen könnt ihr mich gerne fragen. WG-Leben: Die Umgebung ist ganz ruhig und freundlich, problemlos und entspannt. Jeder hat sein eigenes Zimmer, wo sie oder er immer seine Ruhe hat. Ihr könnt gerne zur Besichtigung vorbeikommen. Vorher einfach ein Termin vereinbaren.
