The apartment building is a little bit hidden. If you look out of the window, you can see a green splendor of trees + squirrels (who sometimes come to visit you). Your room is about 17m2 including bed, closet and desk as well as balcony (see photos). Yes, what ́s more: A kitchen with all the trimmings: dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, storage room, dishes and kitchen equipment. Location: The 37, 38, 10A and the S-Bahn station Oberdöbling can be reached by foot in 3-5 minutes. By bike you can reach the Danube Canal and the Danube Island in 5-10 minutes. All around you everything is very quiet and comfortable. The vineyards, the Viennese forest and the Türkenschanzpark are nearby, as well as the Döblinger Bad. WG-Life: Your roommate is Betta (28), comes from Italy, studied water and resource management and is currently working full-time in a project at BOKU. You can expect a quiet, uncomplicated life together, where everyone has their privacy when it suits them, but also enjoys having dinner together....
