This self-catered apartment is located on the first floor of a 4story building with elevator. It's a big and comfortable apartment with 197sqm and beautiful yet simple decor in downtown Lisboa. It has 4 bedrooms, two with a double bed each and another two with twin beds, all of them with AC and Wi-Fi access. You have two full bathrooms and one toilet, one office with a big table where you can do research on your laptop or do some work in case you come for a business purpose. You have a huge closet area in a separate room, a tv room with a nice sofa, a big and bright living room and a separate dining room with a big table for 8 and direct access to a fully equipped kitchenette and to the private patio. The patio has a few chairs and a table where you can just sit and read a book or enjoy a glass of wine. You have a wooden baby crib and upon request, we can provide a baby chair with a cost. Fully renovated apartment located downtown very close to the Cathedral and within 2 minutes walk from the River Tejo. The nearest supermarket is located at a 2-minute walk from the apartment, as well as the closest covered car park. The parking in the streets surrounding the apartment is conditioned and reserved for residents. So when travelling by car we recommend you to leave the car in the car park or to look for an authorized parking area. You have a pastry next to the apartment where you can have breakfast and several gourmet food stores and souvenirs nearby. The Terreiro do Paço is 2 minutes walk from the apartment, here you can enjoy the sunset by the riverside or on the terraces/ restaurants in the square. You are in the perfect place to discover the city on foot, you have a stop of the famous tram 28 at the 1-minute walk from the apartment and is at a short walk from Chiado and Rossio. A late check-in fee of 30€ will be charged in cash on the spot for arrivals between 10 pm and midnight, 40€ for check-ins between midnight and 2 am and 50€ after 2 am Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
