Er nannte es den Reichsbrückenhof. Dieser Name steht nach wie vor auf der Fassade des Gebäudes. Als Stadtbaumeister konnte er die besten und teuersten Materialien verwenden. Davon profitieren wir bis heute, da die Substanz des Hauses von hervorragender Qualität ist. Dies erlaubte uns jegliche Umbauarbeiten um das einstige Jugendstilwohnhaus, das nach außen wie nach innen mit prächtigsten Jugendstilelementen verziert wurde, in ein modern ausgestattetes Apartementhotel umzuwandeln.
