Ein Farbenspiel von Rot (Theatervorhang, roter Teppich), Grau und Weiß empfängt den Gast. Der Wohn-Schlaf-Raum ist luftig, was den Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Das Bett hat eine Liegefläche von 180 x 200 cm mit sehr guten Matratzen. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet mit einem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierteil, einem Herd mit vier Ceranfeld-Stellen und einem Backofen mit Grillfunktion. Ein Toaster für knuspriges Gebäck, eine Kaffeemaschine und ein Wasserkocher sind vorhanden, Kaffeepads und Teesorten sind für den Beginn vorhanden. Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine Duschkabine mit Regen- und Handdusche; ein Waschtrockner ermöglicht, die Wäsche schnell zu waschen und zu trocknen. Ein Kleiderschrank, Regale und ein Garderobenraum bieten genügend Stauraum für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt.
