Die Wohnung hat eine gut ausgestatte Küche mit allen notwendigen Geräten wie Kaffeemaschine, Kaffeemühle, Gasherd, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Geschirrspüler etc. Das Badezimmer befindet sich getrennt von der Toilette. Im Mietpreis von gesamt 450 Euro sind alle Kosten inkludiert sowie auch Internet. Ein Lift ist in Haus vorhanden. Ablöse beträgt 500 Euro für Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Ledercouch, Stellage und Bett. Ein Staubsaugroboter ist auch vorhanden welches die Sauberhaltung der Wohnung sehr erleichtert. Lage Die WG ist in einer 85m2 großen Wohnung im 2ten Bezirk und hat eine sehr gute Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Diverse Verkehrsmitteln in Praterstern, U2 Messe Prater sowie U1 Vorgartenstraße in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die näheste Lebensmittelgeschäft (Billa) und Frisör sind 50 meter entfernt und Apotheke 100 meter entfernt. Die Lage ist besonders Vorteilhaft da der Lebensmittelgeschäft in Praterstern (Billa) täglich bis 22 Uhr offen hat. Zum spazieren und joggen eignet sich Prater-Park gut der 100 meter entfernt ist. WG-Leben Mitbewohner ist ein 32-jähriger ordnungsbewusster und sympathischer Finanzmathematik-Doktorant und Nachhilfelehrer. In der Wohnung sind Rauchen und Haustiere nicht erwünscht. Ansonsten ist der Mitbewohner offen für Vorschläge um das WG-Leben individuell zu gestalten. Der Putzplan der in Vergangeheit funktioniert hat basiert neben Planbarkeit auch auf offene freundliche Kommunikation, Flexibilität und Praktikabilität, und wird daher von Mitbewohner so weiter vorgeschlagen.
