Die Kosten belaufen sich auf 280€ bis 300€ je nach Zimmer. In den Kosten enthalten sind Strom/Gas/WLAN/Telefon sowie alle anderen Kosten der Wohnung (Hausmeisterservice, ....). Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus im 4. OG in der Nähe der Fachhochschule Coburg. Zu Fuß zur Hochschule sind es ca 10min.
