Zimmer: Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 65 m2 und umfasst ein Badezimmer, eine getrennte Toilette, zwei Schlafzimmer sowie eine große Wohnküche. Diese ist mit einer modernen Einbauküche (inklusive Spülmaschine), einem Esstisch, einer Couch und einem Heimkino ausgestattet. Das frei werdende Zimmer ist 12 m2 groß, sehr hell und voll möbliert. Im Zimmer befinden sich ein Boxspringbett (1,40 m breit) mit einem Nachtkästchen, ein großer Schreibtisch mit einem Bürostuhl, zwei Kästen sowie ein Regal. Die Möbel können für eine Ablöse von 300 € übernommen werden. Außerdem gibt es im Wohnhaus eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, einen Fahrradraum und ein eigenes Kellerabteil sowie einen Aufzug. Lage: Die Wohnung befindet sich in zentraler und ruhiger Lage mit sehr guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr. Das Zentrum von Wien lässt sich auch leicht zu Fuß erreichen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich das Schloss Belvedere mit seinem großen Park und botanischen Garten. WG-Leben: Ich bin 24 Jahre alt, studiere Elektrotechnik im Master an der TU Wien sowie IBWL im Bachelor an der WU Wien und wohne schon seit etwa drei Jahren in der Wohnung. Mein derzeitiger Mitbewohner zieht mit seiner Freundin zusammen, weshalb das Zimmer zum Ende des Jahres frei wird. Ich koche gerne und bin bei schönem Wetter auch oft in der Natur unterwegs, beispielsweise zum Rad fahren oder Schwimmen. Außerdem verbringe ich auch gerne Zeit mit Freunden und versuche auch des Öfteren das großartige kulturelle Angebot Wiens zu nutzen. Ich würde mich freuen eine/n Mitbewohner/in zu finden, der/die gerne hin und wieder auch mal etwas gemeinsam unternimmt. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Room: In total the apartment has 65 m2 and includes a bathroom, a separate toilet, two bedrooms and a big living room with kitchen. It is equipped with a modern built-in kitchen (including a dishwasher), a dining table, a couch and a home cinema. The room that will become available is 12 m2 in size, very bright and fully furnished. The room has a box spring bed (1.40 m wide) with a bedside cabinet, a large desk with a chair, two cupboards and a shelf. The furniture can be taken over for a fee of 300 €. In addition, there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a bicycle room and a separate cellar compartment as well as an elevator in the house. Location: The apartment is in a central and quiet location with very good connections to public transport. The center of Vienna can also be easily reached on foot. The Belvedere Palace with its large park and botanical garden is in the immediate vicinity. Flat share life: I am 24 years old and study electrical engineering in the master’s degree at the TU Vienna and an IBWL in the bachelor’s degree at the WU Vienna. I have been living in the apartment for about three years. My current roommate is moving in with his girlfriend, so the room will be available at the end of the year. I like to cook and when the weather is nice, I am often out in nature, for example to go cycling or swimming. I also like to spend time with friends and often try to take advantage of Vienna's great cultural offerings. I would be happy to find a roommate who likes to do something together every now and then...

Half-monthly basis
This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
