Description

This Rent is ONLY for December and January then the normal rent of 650,-- must be paid. Fifth floor apartment with lift. Trams D, 5 nearby and U4 underground 4 minutes walk. Franz Joseph train station 2 minutes away in Julius Tandler Platz. Shops, bars and restaurants to cater for all needs and tastes in the immediate vicinity, with Sunday shopping. The place is exactly like in the fotos, there are no nasty surprises - we have worked with housing anywhere for a while and they come to check on everything. We don't do viewings to reduce estate agents's fees and also many people walking through rooms which can be disturbing for the people coming in. After bad experiences we do not give IBAN: Deposit money €1500,-- in cash minus €80 charged for any length of stay,-- (service fee for insurances, gas control, boiler service, radiator and fire-warning check etc.), monthly rent in cash - receipt is provided. How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
