You will also find a bathroom with bath towels, a dinner-table that seats 4 people comfortably and a very cozy couch that can be extended to a double-bed. The bright and modern living room has an equipped ensuite kitchen. Wifi and utilities are included in the rental price. Upon request, a professional cleaning can be arranged for €75,- Bedsheets and towels will then be exchanged. - maximum rental period is 6 months - registration as primary residence is not possible, only secondary residence. -There is a washing machine and dryer in the building which is free to use and shared with other tenants....
