Es un habitacion muy tranquila, bonita y comoda. Esta situada en uno de los mejores distritos de Viena para vivir. A 2 minutos andando a la estación de metro, y a 15 minutos en metro del pleno centro de Viena. A tan solo 2 minutos andando esta el supermercado, la farmacia, Mediamarkt y la estación de Metro. Es una zona muy verde, bonita y muy segura. La Cocina de la casa esta toda equipada, el toilet a parte y el baño siempre muy limpio. Toda el departamento tiene ventanas que dan a los jardines del edificio. Es muy hermoso...

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
