The nicely furnished studio consists of well-tended wooden flooring, double glazed windows, comfortable sofa bed (140x200), study desk with bookshelf – nice view onto the terrace, perfectly equipped kitchen (fridge, glass-ceramic cooktop and oven, kettle, microwave, washing machine), beautifully designed bathroom with toilet, shower and sink, built-in storage space in entry and living area, utility space and wardrobe in the nearby the bathroom, and Wifi. The so-called "Winskiez“ is a very nice area (we also live here, and do not want to move away anymore) area with lots of restaurants (Indian, Italian, Japanese etc.), cool coffee shops (God shot, Kaffe), wine shops (Weinberg) and pubs for relaxed hours during the day and in the evenings. The neighbourhood is well-connected to public transportation and it is only a few minutes by foot from Tram Knaackstr: M1, M2 and Tram Hufelandstr: M4. The maximum duration of the contract is 6 months. After this time, it is possible to extend the contract further. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
